There are moments in life when the life seems to have defeated you and have lost the BATTLE that you were  fighting for .. But the loss is always virtual .. its only in your mind ... its an illusion that sweeps you away!! I will say the loss is only when you actually give up and stop your strife.
If you have given up in mind then even if you physically put in all your strength in your battle.. nothing can help you..NO ONE CAN HELP YOU IF YOU CANT HELP YOURSELF!!
Even god stops helping people who don't help themselves ... who make themselves vulnerable !!

A COWARD DIES MANY TIMES BUT A VALIANT TASTES DEATH ONCE !!!
All battles are just a plot of mind .You can win it only if you are resilient and let not any defeat actually defeat you because if they do then it 'll be harder to stand upon your own feet again.. BATTLES lost from mind and heart are lost forever !!!
